Jas Le Bleu Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the conditions below.

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, contact us at support@jaslebleu.com with your order details. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Jas Le Bleu is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items without tags

  • Final sale or promotional items

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
